Maintenance Reporting

Please give as much detail as possible when reporting a maintenance issue so we can understand the problem and send it to the most suitable contractor.

Where you have different types of issues, please submit them separately. For example, an electrical problem and a plumbing problem should be reported on two separate forms, as they may need to be assigned to different contractors.

If several items are related to the same type of issue, such as decorating or general maintenance, these can usually be included together in one report.

As the form currently allows one photo per submission, please upload the clearest and most useful image and include a detailed description of what is happening, where the issue is located and how long it has been present.

If you are unsure whether something should be reported separately, it is better to raise another ticket. This helps us deal with each issue more efficiently and keep a clear record of the work required.
